In this issue Cuddle Puff's helpless sidekick/brother Fetal Jar goes through an important life-rejuvenating transformation at the hands of the genetics whiz-kid Louise, into the charming tiny pink monster Dilby, who has the ability to fly and leaves a pretty rainbow behind him when he does. But the glorious transformation was not without its price. As Cuddle Puff and friends leaves their secret hideout, a vicious swat team sent to capture them breaches the perimeter.
Meanwhile, in the sprawling desert wasteland beside the City of Gardlarr, where all this is taking place, a war is raging as Robert Finch's (The City Boss of Gardlarr) Merciless Ambush Predators (M.A.P's) violently storm the mining outpost of Balang for the precious resource Diridium.
During all of this our hero The Lurkdarker is held captive by troglodytes to be sacrificed to their Cave God: Salamanderus, the giant Salamander God of the Labyrinth. But a surprise visit from Shogoroth, the Giant Bat, totally messes up their ritual.

The books are of very high quality as anyone who has one will vouch for, and I do unique drawings in the back of each one I mail out. So they are not just a comic book story, they are collectors items.

As you might have noticed I've been drawing mostly heinous tumorous monsters lately. That's because they're part of a new collaboration project I am doing called TUMOROIDS. The story takes place on a distant planet, with so far no humanoid lifeforms, but many different kind of warring factions of floating monsters, including subterranean cavern dwellers of undead ghouls, as well as double headed centipedes and worms, and spies and hunter class monsters.
